Every year we organise many weddings for couples from Asia and we just love their style. The same was wedding of Vicky and Cyrus, who got married at the Old Town Hall in June last year.

Photographer Matous Duchek made just amazing job!

PS: Everyone loved sharing the ceremony with the family in Hong Kong via few iphones :-) .

Rita and Chris

Coming far away from the United States, Rita and Chris wanted to celebrate their special day just with their closest – parents and daughter.

Rita looks fabulous, noone believed her she is not model and we loved her style. Not every bride can wear red dress, but Rita looked fantastic.

Having privilege of organising occasionally weddings at St. Vithus cathedral, we enjoyed amazing wedding ceremony there, accompanied by their choir. Photos at the Prague castle, horse and carriage ride and great food at medieval restaurant – what else can we say?

Thank you for great photos, George Hlobil.

Samantha and Cieran

Samantha and Cieran is lovely couple from the UK with amazing twin boys. They wanted to spend lovely relaxing weekend with their friends and families and perfect place was Hluboka castle.

Wedding ceremony was held at the ceremony hall at the castle, cocktail and evening party followed at Stekl hotel, which is kind of a copy of the actual castle, located right next to.

Weather at the end of May was amazing, so we spent the whole day outside in the tent, which was lovely decorated. In the evening kids went to bed and everyone enjoyed dancing till the morning.

Wedding trends 2017

As every year, we put together wedding trends for the following season, please enjoy and hopefully you find something nice…

COLORS

Pale tones will be also popular, but try to add bright colors into your color scheme. Ombre was in for a few seasons, but now a bit over…

Metallic mania started already in 2016, rose gold and copper were much requested and this trend will also continue in 2017. Combine the colour palette with modern touch and create fashionable-classy look.

FLOWERS AND DESIGN

Linen – linen made of linen in many colours and textures look so pretty…It also means – no more burlap…

Centerpieces with height – amaze your guests with high centerpieces, create dramatic look

Mirrors – switch chalkboards for mirrors – use it for table numbers, menu, photo station or on the tables instead of linen.

Fascination by feathergrowing trend are also feathers, incorporated either into the traditional wedding gowns, ball-gown skirts, but also into wedding centerpieces.

Paper – couple weeks ago we used a few flowers walls behind the head table and sweet bar. It was very high budget wedding and everyone was just surprised what can you do with paper!

FOOD AND BEVERAGES

Cotton candy – after years of cupcakes try this whimsical and totally chic sweet

Cocktail receptions and stations- many couples are opting for less formal dinner options and focus on the feeling of cocktail hour. Cheese bars, lemonade stations, salad bars, all very popular.

Food trucks – we used food truck for the first time back in 2014 and it was just the best idea!

IDEAS

All under one roof – why to lose the time by changing locations? Stay at the same place and change environment by using different lighting, bars or dessert stations!

Live Music Entertainment – what can be better than live music? The ambiance of your special day will be amplified by pianists, harpists, string quartets and DJ’s are often replaced by live bands or used together to fill in the gaps during the breaks.

Romantic Vrtbovska garden was their first choice and couldn´t anything else then just agree, since this is one of our most popular venues. Romantic photoshooting was followed by lovely dinner at Kampa Park.
