-          Organic elements – cork, stone, woodland-themed florals and decor – lot of greenery and sticks or wood slices

-          The best and simple way to establish romantic mood and ambience is lighting – chandeliers, candelabras or Edison bulbs

-          Barns – still strong venue trend

-          Prints and patterns – table linens with prints are perfectly easy to work with design-wise

-          Rich color and jewel tone, from deep red to dark green and blue

-          Large round tables are more and more often replaced by either very long or a mix of long tables, surrounded by smaller square/round tables to make intimate ambience. Significant part takes also lounge area for cocktail and after party.

Hope you enjoyed this article and as I always say – the trends are just to get an idea, most important is to stay as you are and do the wedding the way you feel is the best.

Looking forward to all weddings that are coming this year!

With love, Andrea

Amy and Mike

I am sure you already know that we have “weakness” for Asian weddings. Couples are always very stylish, choose beautoiful flowers and go for nice venues.

Such an occassion was also wedding of Amy and Mike who got married last year. Ceremony at Vetbovska garden, followed by horse and carriage ride, boat trip and later cocktail and reception at Alchymist hotel was guarantee of great success.

I as very pleased to be invited as a guest to their reception and really enjoyed it – food, champagne, delicious cake, amazing guests – it all made my day very happy.

Their day was captured by Commephoto and hope you will enjoy it too.
