Wedding trends 2017

As every year, we put together wedding trends for the following season, please enjoy and hopefully you find something nice…

COLORS

Pale tones will be also popular, but try to add bright colors into your color scheme. Ombre was in for a few seasons, but now a bit over…

Metallic mania started already in 2016, rose gold and copper were much requested and this trend will also continue in 2017. Combine the colour palette with modern touch and create fashionable-classy look.

IDEAS

All under one roof – why to lose the time by changing locations? Stay at the same place and change environment by using different lighting, bars or dessert stations!

Live Music Entertainment – what can be better than live music? The ambiance of your special day will be amplified by pianists, harpists, string quartets and DJ’s are often replaced by live bands or used together to fill in the gaps during the breaks.

Yvonne and William

Yvonne and William are one of the couples who came far away, from Hong Kong, to celebrate their wedding in Prague. They got already married before they arrive, so there was no need to go through any paperwork.

Couple falled in love with St. Nicholas church, so we arranged for them blessing there. Good MUA artis is always must, as well as photographer, so Lucie Pruzkova and Petr Pelucha were hired to make their dreams come true. Bridal bouquet and buttonhole by Frezia Fleur.

Enjoy their lovely photos!

Aiste and Paulius

Last year, in 2015, we had a chance to organise a few weddings and events abroad. One of them was also wedding for Aiste and Paulius, couple from Lithuania. Since they are both big lovers of mountains and totally falled in love with Chopok, their decision where to hold their wedding was simple.

They invited just a few friends from Lithuania to share their big day in more then 2.000 meters above the sea. They only one way how to get there is furnicular, which enjoyed all the guests, photographer, hair and make-up artist and officiator. And I just enjoyed night train from Prague, bus to Jasna and lift in rain up to Chopok. After a few shots of slivovice it was warm again.

Weather at mountiains in general varies a lot and  Chopok is no exception. One minute it was sunny, the other one there were such a big clouds that we couldn´t see anything. But this was something Aiste and Paulisus counted with and this weather perfectly accompanied the dramatic look of Aiste – black dress and significant make-up. We just loved it!

After ceremony couple used furnicular again to get to the other paerts of Chopok for photos and then was already time for romanric candlelight dinner with their friends. Rotunda at  Chopok offers four nice rooms, which was exactly number we needed.

I really enjoyed this wedding, couple is amazing and I wish them all the best and lots of love and happiness.  And big thanks to Peter David for photos!
